Description
The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) is seeking competitive bids for Towable Air Compressors. The bidding process is subject to the procedures and requirements established in Iowa Administrative Code 761-20. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose submission is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, considering cost and other factors. Other factors include meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, meeting required time schedules, and past work performance.
• The Iowa DOT is a tax-exempt agency and will provide tax exemption certificates upon request.
• The contract award will be based on the most advantageous bid to the Iowa DOT.
• Bidders are required to submit all questions through the Q&A Board.
• The bid opening will be held on December 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM CST via Microsoft Teams.
