The Naval Supply Systems Command is requesting quotations for the repair of LINER, INNER items. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the items and adhere to the configuration management and packaging requirements specified in the solicitation. The contractor must also provide a quote that includes the repair unit price, total price, repair turnaround time, and new unit price. • The contract is for the repair of LINER, INNER items with a shelf life of 0-00. • The contractor must adhere to the Military Standards (MIL-STD) for packaging and marking. • The contractor must provide a throughput constraint for each National Stock Number (NSN). • The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the repair turnaround time (RTAT) established in the contract. • The contractor must provide a quote expiration date and delivery vehicle information.
