REPAIR OF THE NSI LASER MILL CUTTING SYSTEM

The Naval Research Laboratory is seeking to purchase the repair of the NSI Laser Mill Cutting System. The procurement is a total small business set-aside, and the award will be made to the quoter whose quotation offers the lowest-priced, technically acceptable solution. The quotation must include information such as open market or GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) pricing, expiration date of quoted and submitted prices, and the contractor's Federal Tax I.D., CAGE code, and DUNS number. • The procurement is for new equipment only, unless otherwise specifically stated. • No remanufactured or "gray market" items are acceptable. • All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. • The vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system. • The performance period for maintenance renewals must begin on or after the date of contract award.
