The switch must meet specific requirements, including a maximum temperature rise at rated current, frequency, impulse withstand BIL, and short-time withstand. The switch must also have a manual operating mechanism and be mounted on a substation structure. The vendor must provide detailed information about the proposed switch, including dimensions, construction details, weight, and general information. The vendor must also provide a list of users of the proposed switch and a representative installation, adjustment, and maintenance manual. • The switch must meet the requirements of ANSI/IEEE Standards C37.30, C37.32, C37.34, and C37.37. • The switch must have a manual operating mechanism and be mounted on a substation structure. • The vendor must provide detailed information about the proposed switch, including dimensions, construction details, weight, and general information. • The vendor must provide a list of users of the proposed switch and a representative installation, adjustment, and maintenance manual. • The switch must be packed in sturdy wooden crates suitable for cross-country shipment. • The vendor must warrant all components of each switch against defects in material and workmanship for a minimum of five years.
