Description
Gwinnett County is seeking quotations for the supply of ductile iron spools. The required items include 10 spools of 3" flg x flg x 12" lay spool with 2" tap, 8 spools of 4" flg x flg x 12" lay spool with 2" tap, 8 spools of 6" flg x flg x 12" lay spool with 2" tap, and 2 spools of 8" flg x flg x 12" lay spool with 2" tap. Vendors must provide unit prices and total prices for each item. The county requires delivery FOB destination, freight prepaid, and allowed. The delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• The vendor must certify that the items to be furnished are new and that the quality has not deteriorated to impair its usefulness.
• The vendor must provide full identification of each item submitted, including brand name, model, catalog number, etc.
• The vendor must furnish all information required by the solicitation form or document.
• The vendor must sign the submittal and print or type their name on the fee schedule.
• The vendor must initial erasures or other changes.
