This solicitation (W912CH‑26‑R‑A090) is a 5‑year, firm‑fixed‑price, requirements‑type contract for the procurement of Engine Diesel units (NSN 2815‑01‑536‑9262) to be supplied exclusively by HATZ Diesel of America or its authorized distributors. The contract will be awarded on a sole‑source basis, with an estimated total of 360 engines to be delivered over five years (approximately 5 units per month). Offerors must be authorized distributors and provide documentation from HATZ confirming their status.
