Description
The Crisp County Board of Commissioners is seeking a consulting firm to provide grant writing and administrative services for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project. The project aims to provide water, sewer, street, and/or drainage improvements. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing the grant application, environmental review record, and other related documents. They will also assist with financial administration, record-keeping, and compliance with various regulations.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Grant writing and administration services
• Preparation of grant application and environmental review record
• Assistance with financial administration and record-keeping
• Compliance with regulations such as Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 and the Davis-Bacon Act
