Description
The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking bids for the installation of ten front access stainless steel cabinet showers at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center. The project includes removing and properly disposing of existing shower cabinets, repairing any rough-in framing and sub-floor necessary, installing new front access stainless steel knockdown cabinet showers, and installing new plumbing and electrical components. Bidders must inspect the site and perform their measurements to determine the proper quantity of labor, materials, and equipment required to complete this project.
• The project requires a performance bond of 50% of the total contract price.
• The project requires a payment bond of 50% of the total contract price.
• The project requires an electronic bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
• Bidders must comply with the requirements stated in the attached “Standard Insurance Requirements” sheet.
• Bidders must submit a completed, signed, and properly notarized affidavit with their bid.
• The project is expected to take approximately 60 days to complete.
