The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking proposals for office space in Franklin County. The proposed space should be approximately 2,690 square feet and should be located within a 3-mile radius of the US Highway 1 and NC96 Highway intersection. The space should be available for occupancy by November 1, 2026, and the initial term of the lease will be for 5 years with renewal options. The proposal should include the annual per square foot rental rate, and the lessor should provide all necessary utilities, janitorial services, and maintenance. The State reserves the right to reject any proposal for any reason.
