Request for Proposals

The Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority is seeking proposals for administrative office furniture for their new administrative complex. The authority will provide furniture layouts and generalized product lists, which should be used as the basis for pricing and product selection. The contract will require a performance bond and a payment bond, each in a sum not less than 100% of the total price bid for the completed work. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to reduce or add to the contract from time to time. Key points to consider: • The proposal must be sealed and addressed to the Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority • The proposal must be delivered to the CCWSA Capital Improvements Department • The envelope must be designated as Administrative Office Furniture in the lower left-hand corner • No proposals will be accepted after 2:00 p.m. (local time), July 22nd, 2026 • Each proposer must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond upon award of the contract
