Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is announcing a pre-bid site visit for an upcoming construction services project at Cape Cod Space Force Station (CCSFS) in Bourne, MA. The project requires contractors to provide construction services, and the site visit will be held in early- or mid-December 2025. The visit will be held over two days, and each interested offeror will be allowed a maximum of six personnel to attend. The site visit will include a tour of the restricted area, and attendees must comply with the site security requirements.
• The site visit will be held between 9:00 AM ET and 2:00 PM ET.
• Each offeror will be permitted to drive up to two vehicles past the security checkpoint.
• Attendees must present a valid form of identification and comply with the site security requirements.
• The contractor will be required to provide escort personnel for contractor personnel within the restricted area.
• The contractor must ensure that all escorted construction personnel comply with procedures established for circulation control of personnel and materials within the restricted area.
