Sale of Real Property - Two Perpetual Easements Subject to Existing Cell Tower Leases at Haltom Middle School and Haltom High School

The Birdville Independent School District is seeking bids for the sale of two perpetual easements, one at Haltom Middle School and one at Haltom High School, both of which are subject to existing cell tower leases. Bidders may choose to respond to one or both easements. The district reserves the right to award this contract to a single proposer, multiple proposers, each line item separately, or in any combination it determines to be in the best interest of the district.
