Single Award Construction Contract (SACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)s

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking proposals for a Single Award Construction Contract (SACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will support a broad range of construction-related services at various ICE-owned facilities throughout the continental United States. The scope of work includes general construction, alteration, modification, maintenance, and repair of buildings and infrastructure, as well as demolition, design-build, and new construction of buildings and facilities. The contract will have a period of performance of five years from the date of award, and the Government may issue task orders with overlapping periods of performance at different locations. The contractor will be required to manage multiple task orders concurrently and demonstrate sufficient organizational, financial, and bonding capacity to support concurrent execution of task orders. • The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract and is not a requirements contract. • The contractor will be required to provide all resources necessary to deliver and perform the work in accordance with the Description/Specifications/Statement of Work provided with each task order. • The contractor will be required to comply with all environmental protection requirements and provide as-built drawings, warranties, training, and operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals as required by each task order. • The contractor will be required to maintain a clean and secure job site at all times and coordinate with Government personnel to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. • The contractor will be required to submit and adhere to project designs, schedules, safety plans, and quality control plans as required by each task order.
