This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to remediate an unauthorized dump and scrap‑tire site located at 264 County Road 585 in Lauderdale County, Alabama. The work includes removal of approximately 150 cubic yards of solid waste (household and construction debris) and any scrap‑tire material, proper disposal or recycling of all material, installation of a “No Dumping” sign, and submission of required documentation through the ADEM portal. The Department will reimburse up to $20,000, with a $1,250 cap for equipment mobilization. Bids must be submitted electronically by February 16, 2026; the award will be determined after the February 18 bid opening. The contractor must start work within 10 days of award and complete the remediation within 90 days.
