Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking a vendor to manufacture M26 Initiator Shear Pin hardware for assembly in fleet-deliverable Aviation Critical Safety Items (ACSIs). The contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The vendor will be required to fabricate, inspect, test, and deliver components in accordance with applicable drawings and specifications. The contract includes requirements for technical drawings, cadmium plating, test and inspection, quality control, and packaging.
• The contract is a firm-fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

• The small business size standard is 600 employees.
• The vendor must provide a certificate of completion and material certification data.
• The vendor must comply with International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration.
