Annual Contract for Custom Hoses and Hose Components

Tarrant County is seeking bids for the purchase of custom hoses and hose components on an as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder who meets or exceeds all specifications. The awarded vendor must be able to provide custom hoses and hose components for heavy equipment, vehicles, and trailers, including hydraulic and pneumatic hoses and fittings, metal or steel pipe and fittings, and Victaulic fittings, couplers, and pipes. The contract term is 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. • The vendor must be able to provide all line items listed in the bid. • The vendor must provide their discount on items not listed in the bid. • Prices must remain firm for the entire contract term. • The vendor must have a location for pick-up in Tarrant County. • The vendor must submit itemized invoices and may be required to provide supplier invoices or other documentation.
