Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Intelligent Systems Division is seeking a new, commercially available robot arm system (Productive Robotics OB7 or equivalent) with a 5 kg payload, 800 mm reach, and six or seven degrees of freedom, plus an associated gripper, I/O interface, and optional 2 m linear rail. All items must be new, made in the USA (preferred), and supplied with necessary cables, power sources, and documentation. Delivery follows standard industry practice, and NIST will conduct a 60‑day inspection and testing period after installation before formal acceptance. The contract includes standard manufacturer warranty and technical support periods. Offerors must submit a quotation specifying make and model for each line item.
