The National Park Service intends to award a single source justified cooperative agreement to Conservation Legacy for the Park Cultural Landscapes Program Multiple Media Intern project. The project aims to expand the presence of historic structures and cultural landscapes information available on NPS websites, intranet, and social media to engage diverse audiences in conservation. The intern will assist with cataloging, web authoring, and multi-media processes in exchange for training and educational experience. The project will increase access to technical and training materials for NPS employees and the public.
• Expand public and employee access to technical and scientific information in archival historic structures and cultural landscapes documents.
• Increase the availability of training materials on structures and landscapes on the Common Learning Portal for employees and the preservation community.
• Improve the intranet sites for Park Historic Structures and Cultural Landscapes Programs.
• Create Data Store/IRMA metadata for Historic Structure Report and Cultural Landscape Reports.
• Convert scanned PHSCL pdf documents into a Section 508 accessibility format and upload to the web.
