Description
The Boston Housing Authority is seeking bids for the replacement of roofs, management office, and mailbox/package room at Patricia White Apartments. The estimated cost of the project is $3,892,690 for the base scope, with additional alternates for the mailbox/package room and management office. Bidders must be DCAMM certified in General Building Construction and provide a 5% bid deposit. The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds.
• The project is subject to minimum wage rates set by the US Department of Labor and the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards.
• Bidders must follow the BHA's Minority and Women Participation Provision and Resident Employment Provision.

• An optional site visit will be held on May 20, 2026, at Patricia White Apartments.
