Victoria Park Restroom Replacement

The City of Palm Springs is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing restroom facility at Victoria Park with a new, fully functional structure. The project includes construction work involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general trades, as well as utility connections, landscaping, hardscaping, demolition of the old restroom, commissioning, and maintenance period. The contractor will be responsible for construction management, securing all required permits, and coordinating inspections. The project must be completed within 130 working days from the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the full construction of a new restroom facility. • The contractor must connect to existing utilities and perform associated landscape and hardscape improvements. • The contractor must demolish the existing restroom and restore the disturbed landscape to its original or better condition. • The contractor must furnish comprehensive Closeout Project Data, including material selections, product data, warranty materials, spec books, as-built documents, and operation and maintenance manuals. • The contractor must comply with all applicable codes, standards, and prevailing wage laws.
