Description
The Seminole County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the construction of the FY 2026 Pavement Improvements. The project involves the base repair and resurfacing of approximately 5.83 linear miles of rural county roads. The work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project. The time allotted for completion of the work is 180 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion, and 194 consecutive calendar days for contract close-out.
• The project will be awarded in one contract.
• The bidding documents can be obtained from Watkins & Associates, L.L.C. upon payment of $300.00 for each set.
• The bid bond or certified cashier's check must be accompanied by a "Power of Attorney" authorizing the attorney-in-fact to bind the surety.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
