Fire Station 23 - Restroom Renovations

The Palm Beach County is seeking a qualified contractor to perform restroom renovations at Fire Station 23. The project involves reconfiguring existing four restrooms, providing a new mechanical design for the existing bunk room to resolve condensation issues, and installing a new BMS system to control the HVAC system. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 10, 2025, to review the project requirements. • The project is part of the County's Annual Contract for Minor Construction Services. • Contractors must be qualified to bid for projects under this Annual Contract. • The qualification application must be submitted at least 10 days before the bid due date. • The County reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities and reject any and all bids.
