Description
Romeo Community Schools is seeking qualified contractors to construct an addition to Romeo High School (Project BP02). The solicitation is an Invitation to Bid; all proposals must be submitted electronically via Building Connected by October 30, 2026, 11:00 AM EST. The scope includes a full range of trades—concrete, masonry, steel, general trades, storefront & glazing, roofing, metal wall panels, ceilings & drywall, flooring, paint, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and sitework. Bidders must provide performance and payment bonds, certificates of insurance, OSHA Form 300, workers’ compensation details, and various affidavits. A pre‑bid site visit is scheduled for October 20, 2026. The contract will be awarded by the Romeo Community Schools Board of Education after evaluation by the CM (Barton Malow), the Owner, and the Architect.
