This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to perform full‑depth asphalt removal, milling, overlay, crack filling, seal‑coating, new striping, and installation of MUTCD‑approved signage for the parking lot at Gwinnett County Fire Station #24. The work must be completed while the fire station remains fully operational, with strict adherence to safety, environmental, and ADA coordination requirements. The contractor will also be responsible for demolition waste disposal and site clean‑up, but concrete curb and ADA modifications are handled by a separate stand‑by contractor.
• Asphalt resurfacing of ~11,400 sf plus seal‑coating of ~5,200 sf.
