CalRecycle is seeking a vendor to produce 160,000 triplicate paper forms (Waste Tire Manifest Comprehensive Trip Log – CTL) that will be used statewide to track the generation, transport, and disposal of waste tires. The forms must meet exact size, paper type, perforation, color, and numbering specifications and contain at least 30 % post‑consumer recycled content. The contract is “all‑or‑none” and will be awarded to the vendor that can supply the full quantity on a FOB‑destination basis.
