2026 Residential Concrete Project

The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking bids for the 2026 Residential Concrete Project, which involves concrete rehabilitation, ADA ramp installation, and replacement of indicated concrete sidewalks, curb, and gutter. The project also includes the installation of speed humps and striping in accordance with the 2025 NTMP plans. The contractor will be responsible for performing the work in a good workmanlike manner and furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project.
