The Naval Shipyard in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is seeking a contractor to provide flanges. The flanges must meet specific requirements, including being made of NICU material, having a 1.500 NPS, and being compatible with 600 PSI. The contractor must also provide a quote for the items, including the price and estimated delivery schedule. The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting an invoice and through final payment of any contract. • The contractor must provide a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. • The contractor must provide a Tax Identification Number (TIN). • The contractor must provide a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation.
