Invitation For Bid – 26th Street and Laurel Road Traffic Signal

The City of Rogers is seeking a qualified contractor to install a new traffic signal at the intersection of 26th Street and Laurel Road. The scope includes providing and installing city‑provided equipment such as signal poles, mast arms, a controller cabinet, wiring, conduit, pull boxes, and vehicle detection systems. The contractor must also handle any necessary boring for conduit under the roadway, supply anchor bolts and cages for concrete pole foundations, pour concrete for those foundations, and manage all traffic control during construction. Bids must be sealed and submitted by the deadline, with an electronic option also available. • Provide and install all signal hardware (poles, mast arms, controller, wiring, conduit, pull boxes, detection). • Perform roadway boring, concrete work for pole foundations, and traffic control for the duration of the installation. • Submit sealed bids (or electronic bids) by June 9, 2026; inquiries due May 28, 2026.
