Chippewa Valley Schools is seeking a vendor to provide a complete installation of bottle fill stations in various buildings. The scope of work includes replacing existing drinking coolers, retrofitting existing bottle fill stations, and providing product supply requirements. The project must be completed by June 30, 2026. Key considerations include product pricing, completeness of bid response, vendor experience, service, support, and warranties. • Replacement of existing drinking coolers with Elkay Model LZS8WSSP bottle fill stations • Retrofit of existing Elkay bottle fill stations with filter kit assemblies • Product supply requirements, including Elkay filters and PUR PLUS tap-mounted water filters • Bubbler removal and capping work • Additional installation standards, including compliance with ADA requirements and restoration of surrounding surfaces
