Sources Sought - Portable Latrines Servicing - Tyndall Air Force Base - Florida

The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB is seeking qualified small business firms to service and relocate government-owned portable latrines and handwash stations. The contractor will be responsible for pumping all wastes, cleaning and disinfecting interiors, restoring chemical effectiveness of liquid chambers, replenishing water, and replenishing paper products. The services will support Tyndall AFB rebuild efforts, Silver Flag student field training, 53 WEG full-scale drone launches, and FSS recreational areas. • The Period of Performance will consist of a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. • The equipment quantities provided for the base year are a representative estimate of the initial workload, with 35 government-owned portable latrines and 5 government-owned handwash stations. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. • The contractor must provide a capability statement supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
