CTG Hydraulic Hoses

The Lansing Board of Water and Light (BWL) is soliciting proposals for the purchase of hydraulic hose parts spares associated with the continued maintenance of LM6000PF CTG equipment at the REO Town Cogeneration facility in Lansing, MI. The proposal should include part pricing, delivery lead times, and expedited delivery costs on a ‘per line-item basis’ for every distinct material component identified. The evaluation criteria for the RFP include overall cost, lead time, freight cost, and past performance. • The proposal should be in full accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work. • Proposals must be submitted through IonWave. • The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities or technicalities in any Proposal, and accept any Proposal in whole or in part, which in the opinion of the BWL, is in its best interest. • The BWL does not limit the methods or factors to be used for evaluation. • The parts referenced will be utilized for the LM6000PF package designed, integrated, & assembled by General Electric. • The objective is to come up with a list of parts & pricing for components/materials that can be used to assemble replacements for existing sets of hoses & couplings on the auxiliary skid supporting the turbine lube oil system within the LM6000PF package.
