Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division is seeking quotations for the procurement of Glenair Inc BRAND NAME Backshell Connectors. The solicitation is reserved for small business respondents only. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis. The award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quote. The contractor shall provide the following information with their response: FOB, shipping cost, tax ID#, SAM UEID#, Cage Code, business size, GSA or SEWP contract number, estimated delivery time, and published price list.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a valid UEI.
• The contractor must provide a signed documentation from the OEM verifying they are an authorized distributor.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and labor standards.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of their product and services, including technical specifications and pricing information.
• The contractor must provide information on their company, including their business size, cage code, and tax ID number.
