The State of California is seeking a qualified electrical contractor (C‑10 license) to supply, deliver, install, and commission electric‑vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) at the DOT D6 corridor in Coalinga, Fresno County. The scope includes civil site work (trenching, back‑filling, resurfacing), installation of two Level‑2 charging stations with associated wiring, conduit, concrete pads, bollards, and all required testing and commissioning. The contract is limited to small‑business and micro‑business bidders, requires performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price, and mandates attendance at a virtual pre‑bid site inspection.
• Install complete EV charging infrastructure (wiring, conduit, pads, bollards, ADA‑accessible ports).
