Description
The Rowan County Parks and Recreation department is seeking bids for the renovation of the Dan Nicholas Park Nature Center Restrooms. The project includes selective demolition, new roof sheathing and metal roofing, exterior sheathing, fiber-cement siding, added windows and doors, and general public restroom finishes. The renovation will also include new toilet fixtures, accessories, and partitions. The project requires a general contractor to furnish labor, materials, and equipment for the renovation.
