Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity, is seeking bids for the procurement of one new mini skid steer/compact utility loader with a compatible bucket attachment and an extra set of tires/tracks. The equipment should meet ANSI and OSHA safety requirements and include a manufacturer's standard warranty of at least one year. The successful bidder will be required to provide copies of the owner-operator manual and service/repair manual for each type of skid steer and attachment.
• The mini skid steer/compact utility loader should have a minimum rated operating capacity of 500 lbs and a maximum unit weight of 1,700 lbs.
• The equipment should be delivered to the Agricultural Resource Management Division on Hawaii Island by November 30, 2026.
• The bid price should be all-inclusive, including all labor, taxes, and any other costs for providing the services.
• The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bids in whole or in part in the best interest of the State.
