The City of Salina is seeking a qualified construction firm to demolish the existing scale house and truck scale, then design and construct a new scale‑house building, two new truck scales, and associated site improvements at the municipal solid‑waste landfill. The work includes demolition, structural building construction, concrete paving, utility installation, storm‑water controls, fencing, gate automation, and final landscaping.
