Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Eastern Colorado HealthCare System, is seeking information from potential vendors for the delivery of the Atricure Cardiac Instrument Set for Surgery services. The set includes various medical instruments such as nerve hooks, endoscopic mini blade holders, and scissors. The contractor shall deliver all items listed in the statement of work, meeting all salient characteristics defined. The purchase shall include an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty.
• The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
• The contractor shall provide all manufacturer(s) warranties on all parts and labor at the time of delivery.
• The warranties shall include all travel and shipping costs associated with any warranty repair.
• The delivery timeframe is within 30 days of award unless specified differently within the scope of the contract.
• The delivery location is the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045.
