Description
The Tobyhanna Army Depot is conducting market research to assess industry capabilities for manufacturing stator cores for small outrunner brushless DC motors. The Government requires scalable, high-volume production capabilities of up to 40,000 units per month. The stator cores must meet specific technical parameters, including motor design, stator diameter, stator height, configuration, assembly type, and insulation. Interested vendors must demonstrate their capability to manufacture, test, and supply stator cores meeting these requirements.
• Motor Design: Outrunner Brushless DC Motor
• Stator Diameter: 22mm to 35mm
• Stator Height: 6mm to 20mm
• Configuration: 12 coil nodes
• Assembly Type: Stacked and bonded lamination cores
• Insulation: Epoxy powder coat (or an equivalent durable insulation)
