Description
The Avondale School District is seeking bids for the Graham Elementary Flooring Replacement project. The project involves replacing flooring at Graham Elementary and falls under Prevailing Wage requirements per Michigan Public Act 10 of 2023. Bidders must register with the State of Michigan LEO website yearly and provide certified payrolls. The bidding documents consist of plans and specifications prepared by French Associates and can be obtained electronically through PreconSuite or reviewed at the office of AUCH Construction.
• The project requires a pre-bid meeting, although it is not mandatory.
• Bids must be submitted in hard copy, sealed, and delivered to Avondale School District by March 27th, 2026, at 12:00 pm NOON (EST).
• Bids over $31,321 must be accompanied by a certified cashier's check or a U.S. treasury listed security bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount.
• Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
