Job Order Contracting Services for Interior Renovations and General Construction Services

The University of Texas at Tyler is seeking a contractor for Job Order Contracting Services for interior renovations and general construction services. The contractor will be responsible for providing a responsive and experienced management team, preparing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work, and meeting construction schedule deadlines. The contractor must also have a pro-active diversification program to include small and Veteran Heros United in Business (VetHUB) subcontractors. The contract will be for an initial term of 2 years with options for extension, and the contractor will be required to enter into a contract in the form attached to the RFP documents. • The contractor must have the financial resources to undertake the projected level of work. • The contractor must have a management team that consists of full-time employees. • The contractor must have experience in computer and web-based operations. • The contractor must maintain a "can do" attitude. • The contractor must provide high-quality proposals from the Unit Price Book (UPB). • The contractor must provide high-quality construction. The University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities in any or all proposals at its discretion.
