Description
The Skriveri Nursing Home project involves the demolition of two existing small housing units and the construction of a new single-story, concrete masonry building with a sloped roof. The new nursing home will provide sixteen single bedrooms, with four bedrooms forming a unit that shares a bathroom, toilet room, and common room with a kitchenette. The project includes site improvements such as walkways to each unit.
