PKAA, Corley Mine Surface Burn Project - Phase 1 -Excavation

The State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, is providing notice of a final settlement with Frontier Environmental Services, LLC, for the Corley Mine Surface Burn Project - Phase 1 - Excavation. Any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project must file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim before the final settlement date. • The project involves the construction of a surface burn project. • The final settlement date is January 5, 2025. • Claims must be filed with the authorized individual, Teresa Donaldson. • Failure to file a claim before the final settlement date will relieve the State of Colorado from any liability for such claim.
