City Surveyor Consultant Services

The City of West Sacramento is seeking a qualified individual or firm to serve as its City Surveyor on a contractual basis. The contractor will review and certify final and parcel maps, provide professional opinions on tentative maps and lot line adjustments, prepare boundary descriptions and plats, conduct field surveys, and support GIS-related tasks. The contract may run up to five years (initial term up to three years with two optional one‑year extensions) and requires the contractor to hold appropriate California surveying licenses and to comply with the City’s standard contract and insurance requirements.
