Description
The Palm Beach County is seeking qualified contractors for the Fire Station 23 - Restroom Renovations project. The work consists of reconfiguring existing four restrooms, providing a new mechanical design for the existing bunk room to resolve existing condensation issues, and providing a new BMS system to provide control of the HVAC system. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. to review the requirements for the project. Contractors must submit a qualification application at least 10 days before the quote/bid due date to be considered.
