The assembly must consist of a disk stem ring, stem, disk washer, and throttle disk. The contractor must provide quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis for the parts listed, and certifications are required for the specified tests. The contractor must also maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001 and provide a certificate of compliance certifying that the items/components furnished under this contract comply with the requirements of the procurement document.
