Description
The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is soliciting a quotation for a FACE CHANGE OUT KIT. The kit should include all items listed in the parts list, and no substitutions will be authorized without approval from USCG SFLC technical experts. The vendor shall provide a total of 4 kits, and the delivery date is required to be 12/20/26. The packaging, preservation, and marking of the kits should be in accordance with the specifications outlined in the preparation for delivery section.
* The kits should be individually packaged and marked in their wooden crates.
* A bill of materials should be enclosed, and each kit piece should be labeled to facilitate inventory upon receipt at the USCG warehouse.
* The outside of each kit box should be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R and bar-coded using ISO/IEC-16388 code 39 symbology.
The total cost should have delivery and any freight charges to zip code 21226 included, and shipping is FOB destination required.
