RFP - Padmount Solid Dielectric Switchgear and Integrated Automation - Purchase Order

The City of Anaheim is seeking a supplier to provide padmount solid-dielectric switchgear and integrated automation cabinet units for the Community Energy Reliability and Resilience Investment (CERRI) grant project. The selected respondent will be responsible for providing the goods and services described in the scope of work and specifications section. The project requires the delivery of 17 units of E498230M, 22 units of E498235M, and 8 units of E498238M. The delivery of the initial unit for each awarded stock code is requested in 2027, and the remaining units are requested in 2027 and 2028. The respondent must comply with the Build America, Buy America Act and provide a preliminary certification of compliance. The evaluation of proposals will be based on a fair, impartial, and competitive selection process, considering technical fit, price, and lead time. • The switchgear must meet the requirements outlined in Attachment A. • The respondent must provide a detailed breakdown of labor rates, including overhead and fringe benefit costs. • The respondent must maintain an active registration with the California Secretary of State and an active Anaheim business license. • The respondent must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
