Repair and Update the two shower houses and one restroom at Kelleys Island State Park

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for the repair and update of two shower houses and one restroom at Kelleys Island State Park. The work includes removing stall doors, mirrors, and toilet paper dispensers, prepping, priming, and painting inside walls, wood ceiling, solid door, and wooden trim, replacing toilet stall doors and adding shower doors, and replacing wood on benches with solid composite. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. • Remove stall doors, mirrors and toilet paper dispensers • Prep, prime and paint inside walls of two shower houses and one restroom, one at a time • Prime and paint wood ceiling, solid door and wooden trim • Paint conduits and other pipes • Replace 15 toilet stall doors and add 8 shower doors with solid plastic doors • Replace wood on 20 benches with solid composite
