Traffic Signal Parts

The County of Sacramento Department of Transportation (SACDOT) is seeking bids for traffic signal parts on an as-needed basis through a discount-from-catalog model. The contract is intended to simplify procurement, improve price consistency, and reduce administrative workload. The contract term will begin on September 7, 2026, and continue through September 6, 2027, with the option to renew annually for up to four additional one-year terms. • The contract includes four bundles: Signal Heads & Hardware, Pedestrian Equipment, Signal Poles & Standards, and Wiring, Cable & Misc Materials. • Bidders must be authorized distributors, dealers, or resellers for the manufacturers offered under this contract. • The County reserves the right to verify product authenticity and ensure that all goods provided are new, free of defects, and covered by manufacturer warranty. • The contract is part of a cooperative purchasing agreement, allowing other governmental, educational, and non-profit entities to benefit from collective purchasing power.
