CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE-LINED CONCRETE SEWER ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant to provide engineering services for the rehabilitation of large diameter sanitary sewer pipelines and manholes. The services will include design, construction administration, and inspection for cured-in-place lined pipelines and associated manholes. The project involves approximately 25 pipe segments and 56 manholes, with pipe sizes ranging from 15 to 60 inches in diameter. The consultant will be required to maintain all project records in electronic format and utilize the City's web-based project management database. • The project requires experience with design and construction administration services for similar projects. • The consultant must have a National Association of Corrosion Engineers Level III inspector on staff or as a subconsultant for manhole coating inspections. • The consultant will be required to provide public outreach services and track project-related documents. • The consultant must have experience with sewer pipe rehabilitation and manhole repair. • The consultant will be required to provide a computerized networked office platform with broadband internet connectivity. • The consultant must have experience with construction administration and inspection services for similar projects.
